Your Right to Data Deletion
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request deletion of personal data we have collected about you, including data associated with your Ascended account. We honor valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA where relevant.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon verified request, we will permanently delete or anonymize the following information associated with your Ascended account:

Fitness activity data you entered manually (workouts, XP, ranks)

App usage and analytics data linked to your account

How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, follow these steps:

The email address associated with your Ascended account

A clear request for data deletion

No additional forms or accounts are required.
Verification & Processing Timeline
For your protection, we may request verification to confirm account ownership before processing your request.
Once verified:
Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
You will receive confirmation when the process is complete
If additional time is required due to legal or technical reasons, we will notify you.
What Happens After Deletion
After deletion:

Your Ascended account will no longer be accessible

All progress, XP, and achievements will be permanently removed

Re-registering will require creating a new account from scratch
Deletion requests cannot be undone.
Third-Party Services
Ascended uses trusted third-party services (such as analytics, authentication, and messaging providers). When a deletion request is processed, we also instruct relevant providers to delete or anonymize associated data in accordance with their obligations.
