QA Intern (Part-time)

About Us
Ascended is a narrative-driven RPG fitness platform that transforms real-world effort into in-game progression. We’re building a new category—combining gaming, storytelling, and habit formation into a single experience designed to engage and retain players long-term. We’ve successfully funded our Kickstarter, built early traction, and are preparing for launch.
The Role
We’re looking for a QA Intern who is curious, detail-oriented, and enjoys breaking things (on purpose).
You’ll help ensure Ascended delivers a polished, seamless experience by testing features, identifying bugs, and improving how players interact with the product. This is not a passive role by any means, you’ll play a critical part in catching issues before they reach users.
What You'll Do

Test features across mobile builds (iOS and cross-platform)

Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and consistently

Reproduce issues and validate fixes

Explore edge cases and unexpected user behaviors

Provide feedback on usability, clarity, and overall experience

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
