Kickstarter reward redemption begins Monday for iOS users. Once the app is live, you’ll be able to start your claim using the email connected to your Kickstarter pledge.

Use the email address filled out in the pledge manager. This helps us match your account to your backer rewards faster. To double check, click here or check your Pledge Manager responses. Additionally, you can check which email you need to use to create your Ascended account in the email from us titled "Kickstarter Rewards".

Not all of them. Some rewards, radiant hair dye and custom creator tier rewards are still in active development. Other rewards that require manual fulfillment or special setup may arrive in a second wave.

Paired tiers work similarly to solo tiers. The email address provided in your Pledge Manager response will have their rewards tied to their account. They simple download the app, login and reddem their rewards from the App settings.

Android access is still under development. You’ll be notified as soon as Android access is ready! We are anticipating late summer or early fall for delivery.

For most rewards, you should claim them using your own Kickstarter backer information. If you need to transfer access to another person, contact support at team@ascendedapp.com before claiming so we can help avoid assigning rewards to the wrong account.

First, check that you’re using the same email tied to your Kickstarter Pledge Manager survey. If your rewards still don’t appear, contact support at team@ascendedapp.com with your backer name, pledge email, and backer number if you have it.

You may still be able to claim your core rewards, but anything that requires a choice, like certain companion pets, partner details, or manual fulfillment items, may require follow-up before delivery.

Once rewards are claimed, pet selections may not be editable automatically. If you made a mistake with your select, contact support at team@ascendedapp.com as soon as possible.

It’s a game first. Fitness is how you play it. If traditional fitness apps feel preachy or exhausting but RPG progression lights up your brain, Ascended will make immediate sense.

Backers will be the first to play. We’re planning a spring launch on iOS, with Android coming in early summer, and we’ll keep sharing progress and updates as we get closer.
