How do I create an account?
Download Ascended from the App Store, open the app, and follow the onboarding steps to create your account.
How does workout progress turn into XP?
Completed workouts and in-app progression milestones contribute to your character’s growth and experience progression.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the password reset option on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.
My progress or account data is not updating.
Try closing and reopening the app, checking your internet connection, and updating to the latest version. If the issue continues, contact support.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be managed through your Apple account subscription settings.
